At my first appointment, Kathy impressed me with her knowledge and communication as she assessed my lashes and explained her recommendation. We chose the douyin style—pretty, youthful, and natural. Kathy is very accomodating for the style I wanted my lash to be. Very natural looking and the lashes are so light as well. Whole experience was so comfortable that I fell asleep! She's so great and will probably be my go-to from now on.
