I can’t recommend InBody Clinic enough. After having my baby, I struggled to find a place that offered a complete approach to recovery, but this is it. She is the most professional and skilled physiotherapist in Sydney. If you are looking for holistic postpartum rehab, don’t look anywhere else. Every new mother should come here!

I had such an amazing pregnancy massage at CALMM. The therapist took the time to ask about my focus areas, and work on them throughout my session. The clinic was also had nice ambience and was very calming and relaxing. I will be back for sure!

Best pregnancy massage in the east. I’ve been here twice now (with different staff) and both times were great. They really know what they are doing and made me feel super relaxed and recharged — which is hard at 35 weeks prego! I feel like I’m in a different body after. Thank you!

I am so grateful to have found Saila. Finally all of the issues I have lived with for my whole adult life (I am 56) start to make sense. In particular, Saila confirmed my strongly suspected lipodema, and not only provides the most amazing lymphatic drainage massages, she is giving invaluable advise on how to manage the condition and prevent further progress. After the first massage I slept for 12 hours, really deeply, for the first time in years and woke feeling incredibly relaxed.

I cannot recommend inBody Clinic highly enough. It’s absolutely beautiful, and the service is second to none. Saila was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, making me feel completely at ease throughout the session. By the end, I felt like a brand new person. I walked in stiff and sore, and left relaxed, grateful, and truly refreshed. Highly recommend!!!

I can't speak highly enough for Saila. Every time I walk out of the clinic I feel like I different person. Shes so intuitive and just knows what you need and which body part may need some extra love. Her knowledge with the body also is second to none. On top of this she is the most beautiful person and feels like a big warm hug!! Go and see her ❤️

Absolutely amazing experience with Ngaire. I’ve had Reiki treatments for many years, and this was by far the best session I’ve ever experienced.
