I came here today for the first time to have old BIAB removed and a new set applied. The staff were very welcoming and Lotty did a fantastic job. My natural nails are very weak and brittle and she was very gentle to make sure she didn’t do any more damage and her work looks very clean and natural. She recommended to shape them to complement my hands and I could not be happier! I’m so glad to have found my new nail salon since I recently moved to Melbourne, I can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for an infill.

Exceptional, the team are so genuine and friendly. On top of the great service was the beautiful nails, they did them with such care and attention to detail. I went as I’m travelling - but now I feel like I’ll take every chance I get to get my nails done here whenever I’m in Melbourne!

Excellent. Welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Super clean. Amazing pedicure - lovely massage and hot stone treatment. Really thorough - my manicured nails and hands look revived and much neater. Lovely staff who were delightful and good humoured. Highly recommend. One of the nicest nail spas I have visited.. Will definitely return when next in Melbourne.

Best manicure & pedicure AND the best staff & service in Melbourne!! My bridesmaids and I visited Luminous Hair, Nail & Spa to get manipedis before my wedding and had the BEST time! Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. I have a troublesome toenail which most salons aren’t attentive to but the staff here were so gentle. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you!!

Went all the way here because of the good reviews & it honestly lived up to it 🤍 Had my first ever mani-pedi nail appointment at Posh Nails Boutique as a birthday treat & I honestly loved it so much! Harley, the ladyboss, was so kind, patient & really lovely throughout the whole process. She kept checking in, guiding me through everything & just made me feel so comfortable since it was my first time doing all of it. My nails turned out soo pretty & I’m genuinely so happy with them 🤍✨ such a nice experience, I’ll definitely be back again!

Had a mani pedi combo before my son’s wedding. Exceptional service, amazing technical skills - gentle but thorough and I left walking on air. Great vibe in salon, customers chatting to each other and commenting on each others choices added an extra touch.
