I came in with messy highlights from a previous salon and still wanted to keep my red hair. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel so comfortable☺️. The hairdresser took the time to explain everything clearly, worked his magic, and completely transformed my hair❤️. I couldn’t be happier walking out! On top of that, he shared really helpful tips on how to maintain my red hair. Absolutely love the result and I’m already looking forward to my next booking / haircut☺️.

I walked in with more regrowth than a suburban front lawn in spring—and walked out looking like a freshly polished goddess. Anoo is an absolute wizard with colour. She somehow managed to erase months of neglect and blend it all so seamlessly I suspect sorcery (the good kind). The salon itself? Calm, clean, and blissfully free of that chaotic energy some places thrive on. No thumping club beats or aggressive small talk—just chill vibes, great hair, and the faint smell of fancy shampoo. Would I go back? Absolutely.

Best manicure & pedicure AND the best staff & service in Melbourne!! My bridesmaids and I visited Luminous Hair, Nail & Spa to get manipedis before my wedding and had the BEST time! Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. I have a troublesome toenail which most salons aren’t attentive to but the staff here were so gentle. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you!!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. It was my first time to meet Sumin and she made the visit and the process of my haircut so enjoyable — great conversation and a relaxing atmosphere. The salon’s open layout with views of the outside adds such a refreshing touch. Thank you Le Ciel! As a Nurse caring for others, I can’t wait for my own self-care session again, either a hair colour or a perm next. 💕

I had a wonderful experience at this hair salon! The atmosphere is clean, modern, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall service was excellent. I’ve always loved Korean hair salons because they don’t use harsh chemicals and truly know how to take care of hair properly. A special thank you to J, my hairdresser, she was not only skilled but also incredibly kind and attentive. Can't express enough how glad I am to have found such an awesome salon. Every one of the crew are extremely talented, knowledgeable and creative. They really love their craft and you can tell by the results. Today was my second time visiting and I'm certain that, as long as VZNRY exists, it's where I'll be going for my cuts. They're not barbers or hairdressers. They're artists. The real deal. Not only that, but they're genuinely lovely people too. 5 stars isn't enough.
