I've finally found my go-to salon in KL! After trying so many salons these past few years. To start off, they observe and do minimal chats, occasionally asking if my scalp is feeling okay etc. The hair wash was the best, water temp pressure & hand pressure of the lady was perfecto. Not a single drip of water hit my face. Hair coloring and cutting was great too! The stylist (i think he's Jeff) gave me many suggestions to try for my next appt and not pushing for it today. I love the level of details that he has considered and explained to me straight to the point. 200% I'll come back again.
