I had a really great experience with Gloria. I have very sensitive eyes and was honestly quite anxious about the glue stinging, but she listened carefully to my concerns and reassured me throughout the session. The whole lash application was very comfortable and gentle — no stinging at all, which is a big deal for me. Gloria was attentive, patient, and clearly knows what she’s doing. I’m very happy with the results and her service was excellent. The only small downside was that the treatment room felt a little too cold, but aside from that, everything else was great.

I visited this small, cozy Malaysian spa after a long break from any treatments—and I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and the staff did their best to make sure I was comfortable throughout. It may be a simple setup, but the service was sincere and I was satisfied with the results. I left feeling refreshed and cared for. If I’m still in KL, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I used to go to Bliss for all my hair matters frm cutting, treatment and keratin. Their service is great. The ambience is good. Their staffs are friendly. Their hairstylist, Ms Amanda is great..she gives tips on hair care. My go to place when it comes to haircare, pedicure and medicure.
