I have been to Qnails for over a year now (twice a month) to get my pedicure as I have sometimes ingrown nail or buildup dry skin and I will always ask for Pan. She is great and wont stop until the problem is solved! Will never ask for anyone but Pan!

I still can’t get over this experience! I came for a manicure and pedicure, and everything was flawless. The staff were incredibly professional, the salon is beautiful, and every detail made me feel pampered. As a bonus, the complimentary onsen (for spending over MYR 300) was absolutely amazing—my first onsen experience, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It turned a beauty appointment into a luxury spa day. I can’t recommend JM Beauty Studio enough!

I had an amazing 2 solid hours Lymphatic massage with Miza. What an amazing feeling during and more so after the massage session. She covered all the lymph nodes thoroughly with just enough pressure to relieve the tense muscles left you feeling so light after the session - true to this Engel Spa’s motif ‘Heaven on Earth’. No other spa can match the professionalism, skills and environment like this gem of a spa.
