Shan makes you feel comfortable and relaxed while she professionally talks you through the treatment. Anita is amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted without me even having to ask. She did my lashes perfectly in an hour and made them full and even. Jodie is just amazing. If only all businesses ran with the same genuine level of care and attention for their clients. I had tried to book a top up before holidays but was too late to get an appointment. Jodie's team proactively got in touch with me to ask if I wanted an appointment, I explained that I had looked but there was nothing free. They promptly managed to fit me in due to a cancellation they had. The service and the experience so far has been just exceptional. It was a nice experience. Sara was kind, calm and suggested treatments that will work and explained why some treatments will not work. I also had HIFU treatment. The results were visible immediately. I’ll come back to get some other treatments done.

My first impression was good the clinic is welcoming and the receptionist was very nice offering me tea coffee and water. Sarah as so professional and explained everything before my treatment. She was so honest and answered all my questions without rushing me or trying to sell me anything else. The treatment was bit uncomfortable but not painful. The results were amazing. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends. Extremely pleased with the results. Thank you so much Sarah cannot wait for my next visit.

Recently had skin boosters done for me and my mother at Loulas. The experience was immaculate.
