Nice relaxing environment, POM gave a really good massage, focused on the areas that needed the most attention. When I found the pressure too much Pom adjusted at my request. All in all a good deep massage, my aches and tightness has been eased. Will defo be back

Antonella is amazing, she is extremely knowledgeable about the equipment she uses, and is very honest about how they work so your expectations are realistic. Had three sessions of the presso and treadmill, have started to notice a difference and feel lighter

Great experience and treatments today. Nice clean salon and easy free parking for Romford! All explained really well and questions answered. Angelica's lymphatic drainage is vastly superior to your average salon experience, and it actually works - makes your body looks more sculpted and revitalised. And my skin was glowing afterwards! I was not sure what to expect from these machines, but I'm impressed. The Body Roll is a proper deep massage, and the Pressotherapy suit is actually really relaxing—felt like a total body reset. I actually felt the difference in my mobility and the sore muscle after this session. Will be back soon!

I had my first visit with Gabrielle today. What a lovely lovely lady. The massage was amazing, I was a little apprehensive as I didn’t know what to expect but Gabrielle, gave me reassurance and options regarding the pressure of the massage. She was knowledgable about Lymphdemea which gave me a huge relief as so many therapist don’t even know what Lymphdemea is. I’m looking forward to the next session. X
