I cannot recommend Aurae London highly enough! From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is calm, inviting, and truly luxurious. My nail technician, Emily, deserves a special mention as she is absolutely phenomenal. Every time I visit for a manicure and pedicure, Emily exceeds my expectations. Her attention to detail is second to none, ensuring that every nail is shaped and polished to perfection. I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

I had the most wonderful sculpting facial with Elsa. My skin feels plump, lifted, and has such a healthy glow. I’ve noticed a huge improvement already! Elsa was amazing, so informative, kind, and understanding throughout. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, especially the face and shoulder massage, which melted all my tension away. I had a deep cleanse facial with Channelle and the extraction results were good. My pores looked much cleaner afterwards and she was knowledgeable throughout the treatment. However, the salon environment was quite noisy during my visit, with conversations and movement outside the treatment room affecting the relaxing experience. The treatment is 50 minutes, shorter than expected compared to the advertised timing.

I used to dread getting my waxing done because I always found it painful, but not since I’ve been going to Hayley she is so friendly and good at what she does and totally pain free i also really like the organic wax she uses. i wouldn’t go anywhere else, and would highly recommend her.

The staff do a consultation before your facial treatment. The staff are friendly and polite always makes you feel relaxed and comfy. I go there for my facials and I always leave feeling like a star. My face is well done and silky smooth after each treatment. The staff cater to your needs and ensure you leave with a smile on your face. They take pride in their work always aiming to please their customers. I have started doing my lashes there and super love them. I will recommend going there for all your treatments.
