Sarah is great. Personally, I like a firm, hard massage, and Sarah's fingers are strong! She is so knowledgeable about natural therapies and the impact of particular massage on your biology. I love going to her for reflexology and deep tissue body massage. Her space is peaceful, clean and professional. She's brilliant!

I'm obsessed with Jeanette. She's a truly gifted therapist. I had a Swedish massage and she ironed out all the stubborn tension in my shoulders. I have also had two lymphatic drainage massages with her which is an AMAZING treatment -- so relaxing -- and it has done wonders for bloating and general appearance of my skin. There are no miracle treatm, but if you do all the things we're supposed to (good sleep, diets, hydration, exercise, and consistent skin care) then you get more out of it. Wild Beauty is really spoiling us now. My problem is how to juggle all these treatments :)

I was initially a bit apprehensive about trying out Supthara since I'm used to getting my massages done in a traditional spa setting, and I'd never been here before. On this occasion I had a sports massage for my legs following an increase in training. I had a very good massage — the therapist was skilled, attentive, and really helped relieve my tension. The only downside was that the room felt a bit cold, but the therapist truly tried to keep me warm, which I appreciated. If the temperature were more comfortable, the experience would have been perfect.

I went for a back and shoulder massage and dry cupping. It helped relieve muscle tension and provided immediate relaxation, especially around my shoulders. Jenn used firm yet comfortable pressure, which helped improve blood circulation and ease stiffness. She is absolutely amazing and definitely has a healing hand.
