Had a full day of pampering with Natarsha. From head to toe I was treated to the absolutely most divine day. I had the polish package, teeth whitening, collagen facial with LED, brows sculpted and tinted, eyelashes tinted and lifted, deluxe pedicure with foot scrub along with Tibetan healing. The day was beyond blissful. I feel like a million dollars.

Kristie is one of the best hairdressers I have ever had. I have had a few beauty apts with Mel and was excited to have one with Kristie. Other hairdressers in Wollongong have disappointed me, Kristie did not! I even broke the coffee cup and the girls were so lovely about it.

Let me start off with when i walked into the spa i was greeted with a soothing herbal tea and light refreshments. I then was walked into the calming room where it smelt so relaxing the aroma was so calming. Natarsha made me feel so comfortable and at ease and asked what tension and stress was on my mind and was very helpful in making me feel heard (who needs a therapist when you have her).. We then got set up for my session where I was then sent to another dimension. Once done I slowly came back to myself and felt so safe as if I was wrapped in a coo coon. I felt so much weight lifted 🫶

Great! Cut about 25cm off my hair (I was donating it) - made it into the cutest layered bob! Also dyed it and convinced me not to get it too dark, she picked the perfect colour for me and everyone loves it, says it suits me perfectly. Since I got it I've been compared to Aunt Cass from Big Hero 6 and Rapunzel at the end of Tangled after her hair gets cut. I love it!

They really are brow specialists and have been great for advice and trying new things - and delightful people. Highly recommend 😊
