I was lucky enough to receive a gift voucher for The Wellness Centre and today had the 60 minute relaxation facial. It was bliss! The products smelled delicious, the room was warm and relaxing and Mandy as so welcoming and knowledgeable. I felt so much better afterwards, and my weather beaten dry skin felt soft and soothed. Can’t wait to book again! Highly recommended 😊

Attended for a facial, Technician had so much knowledge and wants to share it with you! I had prebooked a facial that she did not feel was suitable for my skin so played around with the products and gave my skin an introduction to the products (first timer). This ended up costing less! She actually wants to help you and not make money from you. Left feeling positive about my skin journey and looking forward to what we can do! Thank you

I had the absolute pleasure visiting Boost Me and received a plethora of relaxing treatments all bundled together in one session. From breath exercises to chakra cleansing, lymphatic drainage to back massage (to name but a few) whilst being gently guided through my journey by the talented Victoria, I came away feeling re-vitalised and yes, Boosted! I would highly recommend any person who needs a boost (almost every person I know) to visit and see for yourself and I look forward to returning again. Emma is a very skilled therapist/practitioner and I feel very fortunate to have been recommended to her by a friend. After months of pain in my leg and groin area, I am now (after Kore Therapy with Emma) starting to get far more mobility back. I can't praise and thank Emma enough.

Had the Boost Me Therapy today!!! Wow what an incredible treatment! Feel so refreshed and energised after it. My joints are moving much more freely too! Kelly who does the treatment is just lovely! Really kind and caring and explained everything she was going to do before the therapy and then during. She gave me time to adjust and get my breathing etc right and I felt incredibly relaxed and peaceful. I feel so much more positive and clear thinking too. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone and everyone!

I tried the new Boost Me treatment today. The session was very relaxing, but also energizing. Vickie used a variety of techniques, including lymph drainage, massage and subconscious modalities. I was tored going in, but felt much better and lighter after. Looking forward to seeing her happens in a few days.
