Had a great experience at the Cryotherapy Centre today. I tried both the cryotherapy session and the hyperbaric chamber (HBOT), and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Simon explained everything really clearly, made me feel completely at ease, and answered all my questions thoroughly. The treatments were professional, relaxing, and really well organised. Highly recommend to anyone considering cryotherapy or HBOT, especially if it’s your first time.

What an amazing experience! Felt the benefits straight away. I’m a Cryotherapist specialising in cold water immersion and have been looking for a place to test out a Cryo Chamber for a while. I felt a massive difference between cold water immersion and the dry ice chamber; it located weak areas of my body ie. my knees activating a healing process that I could actually feel! I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly.
