From the moment I stepped into the serene oasis of Jane's beauty therapy space, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance of the place immediately enveloped me in a cocoon of tranquility. The service I opted for was the 'Hydrating & Pore Cleansing' treatment, a choice I am now incredibly grateful for. One of the most impressive aspects of the session was how Jane took the time to explain each step of the process. Her detailed description of the purpose and benefits of the different products used was not only informative but also indicative of her deep knowledge and passion for skin care.

So lovely and relaxing! Got the signature scalp renewal experience for an hour which included the hair wash, facial, neck and shoulder massage - lots of essential oils were used and other small details such as the brief neck wash which made the experience that much more relaxing and scented 💕 Since my first time at this place landed in winter, it did get a little chilly on the bed. Nonetheless the space is cozy and relaxing. Great value and would come again 🌺

My first time at lash and brow Avenue and it was an amazing experience. Maya was so kind and gentle throughout, made sure to explain everything, ask what my preferences were and I was relaxed the whole way through. My brows turned out amazing and I am really happy with the service of brow laminate, hybrid dye and shape and my added treat of eye mask during my session. Thank you will definitely be back and happy!

Jane is highly professional and detailed with her services. She is knowledgeable and won't recommend something for you if she didn't genuinely think it would benefit you. It's rare to find this level of professionalism and integrity in the beauty space so I would highly recommend her to anyone. I have seen great results within the first few days of just a tweak in 2 skincare products she recommended and am reaping the benefits from her 'Let Jane Decide' facial where she addressed the concerns I had teamed with her expert analysis to achieve the facial my skin didn't know it needed! Linda was lovely and sweet. I thoroughly enjoyed the signature cleanse. The cut was good but not great. I felt she lacked experience in doing hair cuts as it took awhile to get it done. Also I would’ve loved to have more a clear conversation on what I wanted to achieve from the beginning instead of having to butt in the process. And I’d like to have been shown the shampoos that were on for sale as I would have purchased some. The place was clean and had a calm and peaceful ambiance. Pricing was the same as booked in which was great. Overall I’d recommend it to family and friends.
