A truly incredible experience! From the moment I stepped in I was greeted with warmth and given thorough recommendations for my choice of treatment. The bath house is small but has everything you need with just the right amount of natural light. I enjoyed the complete quiet - the only thing you could hear were the jets in the magnesium pool. The massage and facial were stunning. Mandy was attentive and it was a really inspiring for a budding massage therapy. It was the best way to spend my last day in Melbourne. Left feeling calm and invigorated for the day ahead.

The signature trinity facial has been my best experience of a facial in Melbourne - Rosalie made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed and from start to finish the facial was a wonderful experience - particularly her sculpting massage and careful, gentle extraction. Beautiful fit out. Came in to try and Hocatt machine and it did not disappoint. I felt so cleansed and more energised than how I felt when I walked in. Eliza who also took care of me from start to finish was wonderful too. Shame I don’t live in Melbourne but will be back next time.

One of the best- I had an amazing experience at La Med Hawthorn! I went in for a massage and the therapist had the most gentle, skilled hands — truly the softest touch. The massage was so relaxing and soothing that I’m pretty sure I drifted off for a quick snooze. It was exactly what I needed. I also had the NCTF 135HA Skin Booster treatment, and the results were fantastic. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterwards. Rosali explained everything clearly and made the whole process comfortable and reassuring. Make sure to book in advance as she is booked missy of the time.
