Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

Just had the most wonderful facial with April. She sat down and talked to me about my skin concerns and regimen, then proceeded to the treatment with relaxing massages throughout. Came in for a 4-hands deep tissue massage while on holiday. Walking around for a couple of days and making my IT band angry had me in dire need of a massage. Thankfully I scheduled in advance. They massaged as firmly as I had hoped and left me in tip top shape and comfortably walking with markedly less knee discomfort. Its the best thing I could have done for my body while punishing it with very long walks. The ladies were friendly and welcoming. Thanks for ensuring I could keep walking around and see exploring London! I'll be back next time I come across the pond.

What Isabel has created is difficult to find in central London. I come for facials at least once a month and before events. The experience is always unusually personal and considered. Not rushed at all… She has a gift for understanding exactly what is needed without making a performance of it. The studio is clean, serene and wonderful… I always leave feeling like a newborn baby… Those who know Isabel tend not to let her go.
