Sports massage: This involves a wide range of techniques and is used for relaxation of the muscular skeletal system as well as being directed towards any problem areas. It can help with pain reduction, help to get rid of muscle knots and generally increases the functionality of your muscles.
Please note that you will be asked to remove some clothing for this treatment.
Please note - one booking per month, 4 in a 12 month period.  £5 deposit required on booking.
WORK EMAIL MUST BE USED
Please arrive 5 minutes early and wait in the kitchen to be called. Cancellation within 2 hours of appointment or late arrivals of 10+ minutes or no-shows will result in loss of access to the service.
