Just needed to say that I am super thankful for my last two sessions with Andrew. I had a really painful stiff wrist from trying to fit in as much hair styling practice as possible before I launch and I ended up overdoing it. Andrew was able to explain what was causing the pain, advise me on what to do going forward and the sessions helped significantly in improving the pain.
