Had a lovely experience at Redlocks. Hugo was really professional and made me feel really welcome and comfortable throughout. We had a quick chat at the start of the appointment and he listened carefully to what I wanted, and always took the time to explain what he was doing to make sure I was happy. I left the salon with gorgeous, healthy beach waves that lasted all day and still looked lovely even after being out all evening (almost unheard of in my fine, flat hair!). Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good hair salon in Bournemouth!

Rachel colour matched my hair extensions, fitted them and does my regular maintenance, she is so so lovely and makes you feel very welcome and does such a good job with my hair love it so much

This has been, the best service I’ve ever had. Full transformation from colour to cut, all the way to Extensions. So welcoming, and professional. Michael really put the effort in when it came to the small details and cared about the process and the end result. This was a full, “mummy makeover” for me and I feel like I can see myself again. Today has meant more than just my hair, this has meant the world to me. To invest in someone that knows exactly what you want and how to do it is priceless! I cannot recommend Michael enough, and will never be going anywhere else!

There is nothing I can say that will truly explain how amazing Ell is! From consultation to appointment, everything exceeded my expectations. I went in for balayage and extensions and she went above and beyond to make sure I left more than over the moon with the results. Fantastic as always! I had let my hair get into a real mess but Michael soon had it looking great. Three layers of extensions, a colour and shaping all whilst drinking great coffee and easy conversation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Lauren.

Always have a great experience at Ruchie and wouldn't go anywhere else. I feel relaxed and comfortable having my hair extensions/colour and it's done to a very high standard as I never have any problems. The thing I really love is just how friendly Michael and Lauren are, they make you feel like friends rather than clients. Have to say, the coffee is 5* too and you can even have a cocktail if you fancy it.

The best time ever, I don’t even know where to start😭 Ellie was an absolutely gorgeous, talkative girl. I was so nervous going to a salon for the first time but she just kept the conversation flowing and I did not once feel anxious! She listened to what I wanted for my hair and then went on to exceed my expectations! I am beyond grateful and happy for my hair. She truly cares about every client and I’m so happy I found her! This was my first appointment with her but DEFFO no where near my last🤍 super happy with Ellie and will continue to recommend to everyone I know🤍

I cannot recommend Jas highly enough!! I’ve been having my hair extensions done by Jas for years now and she’s become a really lovely friend. I saw her at Bare Beauty to have an extension maintenance appointment the week before my wedding. Four days before the wedding, my hair/makeup lady cancelled. I rang Jas in what I can only describe as a massive panic. She immediately reassured me that she would be there for my big day to do my hair and the hair of my bridesmaid & maid of honour. She also arranged for her wonderful friend Alice Bray to do my makeup! Thank you Jas! Xx

Charlie always gives 100% when doing hair extensions, I’ve been going to her for several years and my hair has remained healthy and undamaged under my extensions, if you want princess hair she is your girl!
