Paula is absolutely fantastic! I am naturally quite dark and routinely get blonde highlights and toner and Paula does my hair perfectly every single time. I am incredibly picky and have visited numerous salons across london including in Mayfair in search of a stylist that could achieve the blonde I wanted and feel so lucky to have found Paula. After a number of botched highlights jobs, Paula was also able to get me to where I wanted to be and did so while keeping my hair healthy. Thank you so much, Paula!

Believe it or not I come for a cut and style at Image London all the way from the States I love the pixie style haircuts Jason has done. My son lives around the corner from the salon, and one day in 2022 I walked in without a appointment asking if someone could cut my hair. I was lucky enough to get Jason,. I’ve been in 3 times in the last year for a pixie cut. I always get compliments after my visit. I’m so glad my son and his family live close by. Everyone at the salon is so kind.

Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

I've been going to Edda since I moved to London nearly 6 years ago. I won't go anywhere else and when she changed salons, I followed. She's fantastic, professional, and knows my hair so well to the point where I don't trust anyone else with it. I always have a great chat with her and can't recommend her enough.

If I could give 6 stars then I would! Since moving to London it has been so hard to find a stylist that I can build a relationship with. As someone who has regular appointments for extensions it makes such a difference having a professional, consistent experience! Szindy really listens and knows exactly how I like my hair styled now. The salon is lovely and clean - great quality products and refreshments, it’s overall a different vibe to other large salon chains which sometimes feel intimidating. Thank you Szindy and team!

Phedelia Rose is so lovely and she does everything with care, whilst being so highly skilled. It’s not easy to find people that you a trust to do your hair, but Phedelia Rose’s service is welcoming, profession and done with excellence, I have never left her chair disappointed. She is so knowledgeable and honest, so her advice always has the longevity my hair health in mind, which I appreciate. Absolute 10/10!

Absolutely in love with my knotless braids! Every braid is perfectly parted, uniform, and flawlessly finished, they look stunning. What makes the experience truly special is the incredible customer service. I felt welcomed, heard, and taken care of from start to finish. It’s so clear Jameilia has a real passion for her craft. Great experience today, awesome service overall. When I first visited the salon I was experiencing severe hair loss and breakage I would go home after work and my clothes would be covered in my hair and when I combed and washed my hair the bathroom surfaces would be covered in hair it was heartbreaking. I am so grateful & glad to say after 4 visits and treatments with Latoya I am no longer experiencing hair breakage and my hair is so healthy. She also listened to what I wanted and she gave me the hair colour copper/ orange that I wanted while keeping my hair healthy and vibrant. I am so happy
