Lovely lady made me feel very welcomed, she even had snacks and bottled water available for clients which was a bonus. . She only sees one client at a time so all her time is focused on doing one persons hair. It was lovely not spending the entire day in the salon as much as I really like it there. I was also very happy with my hair and will definitely be returning. Great service.

first time customer and I will say that the staff a very friendly and Heather was very accommodating especially as I had booked my appointment but booked the wrong service, she still managed to accommodate me. My experience was amazing! Selasie listens to your concerns regarding your hair and takes this into account when treating, washing and conditioning your hair. I had a standard blow dry service but have had a silk press with her twice before and both such great experiences and my hair reverted. She also provides advice on next steps and how you should be looking after your hair weekly. Whilst there you also get a choice of tea and biscuits on arrival and she is a great conversationalist too. Really happy!

I had a really good experience. Kimia really looked after me and she knows how to deal with my hair. Apart from having to wait outside for a while for the door to be opened at the entrance, my experience was nice. She was very attentive, reassuring, kind and friendly. It’s the second time she’s done my HD treatment and my hair is flourishing. Great combination of amazing products, care and great staff who know how to handle natural hair. I’ve been coming for back to back treatments every few months and I’ve noticed a massive improvement to my hair texture, strength and length.
