Thank you to Kapil, Devi and Florence for exceptional service today for my first time colour and cut service with this salon! From the colour consultation to the hair wash to the cut, I can’t fault any of it. Usually I walk away feeling like I couldn’t feedback what I wasn’t happy with but today, a salon on my doorstep has given me confidence back in local salons with decent prices and exceptional service! Steffi made me feel relaxed from the minute I met her. I have been through some really awful health issues recently and wanted to give my body a positive experience. The head spa and facial combo was incredible, so relaxing and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I did not want it to end, but "all good things come to an end". I highly recommend this experience and thank you so much Steffi for making me feel special, relaxed and making my skin and hair absolutely glorious. Will definitely recommend and hope to visit again.
