First visit to the salon today and their service was outstanding. Very clear expectations set by the stylist for results, the time it would take and the cost. I spent 4.5 hours there which, as a time poor mum is not something I did easily BUT was worth every minute. I went there with very tired ,daggy neglected hair and came out feeling brand new. No hair shaming involved either ! Just an expert plan to repair and move forward. Very happy with my result, will return and highly recommend. No wonder they won salon of the year !

Very friendly very accommodating staff. Happy to discuss every option and needs/wants with your hair. I absolutely love my hair, I haven't seen it in this condition for over 5yrs. I live in Picton however I will happily drive to Oran Park to get my hair done. Highly recommend.

This hairdresser tucked away in Sommerset St is a little gem. Di and her team give great service. So much so I moved to mid North Coast and because I was in the Narellan area took the opportunity to visit the salon for my hair needs. Always a great experience. Having been coming to Escarla since they started in Narellan. Everyone is always so welcoming, professional and friendly. The salon is always clean, neat and tidy with a touch of class. I've been going to Mikaelah for years now and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She always knows exactly what I want, even when I struggle to explain it and somehow it turns out even better than I imagined every time. She's incredibly talented but what keeps me coming back is how comfortable she makes you feel. Every appointment feels like catching up with a friend we're always having a chat and laughing and I genuinely look forward to it. I always leave feeling so much more confident. I couldn't recommend her more highly!
