Loved my experience! I’ve never felt more comfortable with a makeup artist before and she really listened to my concerns. Naomi with her beautiful character was an absolute pro, a champion; I couldn’t be happier with my make-up. It made me look years younger and it lasted for the whole event and then some. I couldn’t be happier with my cut and colour from Georgia! Her colouring technique is absolutely amazing and she really knows how to bring out the best tones and make everything look so fresh and grows are more naturally. On top of that, the head massages are unreal, such a relaxing bonus that makes the whole experience even better. I always leave feeling refreshed, confident and completely looked after. Highly recommend!

End result was great, however during the treatment I ended up with extension remover and lash tint in my eyes. The wonderful lady doing my service was able to get it out almost instantly, however it was not something I’d say I expected during my treatment. Overall great service and beautiful ladies but possibly need a new way to remove products that are on the eyes, in a way that completely minimises the risk of getting products in your eyes.

After a bad experience at another salon, I was very hesitant to ever walk into another salon again. When I entered Lux Hair Lounge Narellan I was greeted by Danielle with a warm smile & a friendly hello. I have extra, EXTRA long hair & it gets very knotty after washing. I was nervous as I felt like a nuisance during my last experience. Danielle assured me that she loves working with very long hair & that I would be in good hands with her.
