Aleksandra is the truly the best nail artist in the business. She’s been my ride or die since moving to London almost 3 years ago. She is a perfectionist (classic Virgo) and takes such care with each and every step in her process to ensure you always leave the salon happy. She is meticulous and insanely hygienic (we all have high street nail salon trauma) which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I could not recommend Aleksandra more highly ❣️ I promise you will not regret your NaiLay nails!

I had a keratin treatment and the results were amazing. My hair feels smooth, soft, and beautifully straight with a healthy shine. The salon is clean, modern, and even has a café offering drinks. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. Anu made me feel welcome, explained the treatment clearly, and ensured I was comfortable. I don’t know where to start. I’ve been doing my nails with Giulia since ages now and every time she goes far and beyond. She is a perfectionist, very high detailed and professional. She is always up to any request! My nails look healthy, clean and super fancy. Anya is very skilled in what she does. Had my haircut then my daughters. We really liked it! She will take time to ask you what cut you like and will also ask midway the process to make sure you are happy. She also gives you choices and suggestions as to the cut and style. The salon is also clean and well maintained. Shall be going back again next time! I’m glad i came across this salon as I really was looking for one since I arrived in London.

The best manicure I’ve had. This was my second appointment with Alisa and my natural nails have never looked better after she took the gel off. She is so knowledgeable and her cuticle care is so precise. I did a manicure and pedicure today and left with beautiful nails and toes that I know will last! I highly recommend Alisa!
