What I appreciated most was the attention to detail. Unlike quick in-and-out services, this manicure was never rushed. Liz really took her time to ensure every step was done to the highest standard. I had such a positive experience. It was my first time visiting today, when I tell you - I came with no big toenail and left with perfect square ones lol. That aside, she was really friendly, attentive and had such a bubbly personality. I bought my laptop (wfh) and it was no problem, we spoke around me working and I felt very relaxed. Amazing customer service and I’d 100% recommend her for her skill and professionalism. The bottled water was a nice touch

Every session with her is an opportunity for me to truly stop, breathe and take some time for myself. Even when the treatment I choose isn’t exactly the most relaxing one (microneedling) she always puts me at ease, making the whole experiencing enjoyable. I also absolutely love the new studio, it has a cosy, immersive and calming atmosphere.

Had the LV lash lift, loved the effect and Chloe was excellent in explaining what she was doing each step, made my lashes look so natural with the lift and her room is lovely, clean, calming and comfortable. Highly recommend and I’ll be going back to do the it again 100%!
