He rescued my hair from dullness, transforming once-shabby hues of gold, yellow & a hacked at mixed length mess into a bright white modern delight. I am thrilled & haven't had a haircut so right & so powderpuff white in years. I could pass for a snowball, but the shape is way more detailed & nuanced, so my facial structure pops. I have been living in Melbourne for 14 years and have tried so many hairdressers but Natalie is by far the best. She really takes the time to listen to what you want and gives thoughtful recommendations based on your hair type and face shape. She just gets it. Every cut is flattering, fresh, and absolutely stunning. On top of that, Natalie is a lot of fun, genuinely caring, and makes you feel completely at ease the moment you sit in the chair. She also gives great tips on how to look after your hair at home. I honestly do not recommend anyone else more.
