Racquel is always thorough and personalised with her approach, really takes her time to understand what's going on for you each session, and tailors everything for you. She takes her time to explain things, regularly checks in, and is always open to feedback. I've had a few sessions with her now and always feel miles better after each treatment. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a good sports reset.

This session was so well time after such a crazy week. Also, I had overdone it doing exercise yday and had an ache in my left foot all day, but after this deep reset it's perfectly normal already and I feel great! Thanks Racquel you are truly amazing 🥰. My first visit and will definitely be coming back. Lin was excellent and knowledgeable, with the right amount of pressure to get the knots out. Stretching out my limbs and shoulders to aid flexibility was also very welcome. Very relaxed as well. Looking forward to my next visit.

Kel is amazing at what he does, he is a nice guy and is very knowledgeable and explains what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. He doesn’t rush and genuinely wants to help relieve symptoms. I have been going to Kel for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else again. Well worth the money.

Such a good place for a massage really enjoy the session here. All stagg are really good at what they do.
