I have been struggling with a shoulder injury for many years, started coming here for chamber sessions and have also had cupping all helped manage the pain but recently started acupuncture with Dylan and that has been amazing. His knowledge is excellent and he has tailored my treatment to my needs. I have had 3 sessions so far and the daily pain I have had for at least 10 years has reduced by about 80%. Would recommend Dylan completely.

Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone dealing with muscle tightness, aches or sports-related pain.

The difference in my body over 48 hours is incredible! Came to Jen for a lymphatic drainage & deep tissue back massage - I was dubious initially about how effective the MLD massage would be but how wrong I was! I've struggled with bloating and upper back/neck/shoulder pain for a few months, as well as some fluid retention and lower back pain for a lot longer. Within 24 hours my body felt a lot less puffy and my bloating gradually subsided. The mild "niggle" I had in my left shoulder also seems to have been relieved. I've been in a lot of pain for a long time following a serious injury. I thought I was stuck with medication for life.. Simone was great. He took a few minutes to discuss what I needed and check posture/muscles before starting the session. He explained what he was doing throughout and where he could notice muscles stiffness/tension, making sure that muscles were warmed up properly, so that even knots were (mostly!) pain-free when massaged. I felt so much better afterwards, and would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend Hakan enough. After struggling with a bad neck and back, Hakan was able to pin point the problem areas and through a combination of massage, acupuncture, cupping and reiki I left feeling so much lighter and all the tension had gone. He was so thorough in his assessment and treatment plan, personalised for my needs. Nothing was rushed and he gave me so much of his time to ensure my visit was a positive and relaxing experience. I cannot wait to return.
