All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

Believe it or not I come for a cut and style at Image London all the way from the States I love the pixie style haircuts Jason has done. My son lives around the corner from the salon, and one day in 2022 I walked in without a appointment asking if someone could cut my hair. I was lucky enough to get Jason,. I’ve been in 3 times in the last year for a pixie cut. I always get compliments after my visit. I’m so glad my son and his family live close by. Everyone at the salon is so kind.

They are amazing. All of them. Because I booked from FRESHA this time I got the name of the manicure from today, MARIA super sweet woman. I was without nail done for 3 months and she did a great job. The village edit is a cute little spot in the heart of Wimbledon Village, excellent service and attention to detail when doing nails, having has a natural manicure with Shanti left me feeling fresh and relaxed, lovely positive and meaningful conversation, come here time and time again and it never fails to provide anything but excellence

I’ve been booking with Gracey & Co for the last three months and the service is always amazing. My nails turn out gorgeous every time and they last up to four weeks without any issues. Azra and her team are fantastic. Hawkins clinic is one of the very best clinics in London and Surrey. Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.

I had a full body massage and express manicure and pedicure. I loved my massage by Nidia so relaxing and the right pressure used throughout. My nails were nice however I paid extra for a gel finish and a day later the nail varnish has started to peel off. The saloon was modern and staff friendly. I do however feel there could be a better organisation for those with more than one treatment planned as I found communication was a little bit later this was especially noticeable when waiting for my nails to be completed and the beautician had no clue who I was. Outside of that the service was good.

Maryam is an incredible nail technician- the quality of her manicure and pedicure is always superior to others and lasts longer. I find it a bit disappointing that the salon has decided to not carry as much choice when it comes to Gel Bottle colours- several of my choices were unavailable again. Given the prices increased, I would expect the quality of products and options stays at least the same, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
