Excellent! The ambiance is relaxing. All the staffs are welcoming, accommodating, friendly, and kind. They always greet their customers with a smile. You can tell that they have all been trained. You can trust them with your nails. All of them are professionals. The price are reasonable and worth it unlike the other nail salons. You won’t ever go wrong with this salon. I always got my nails done here. Last time i got it done here, my nails survived 2 months traveling abroad. If i didn’t need to remove it, it would stay lasts longer. My nails still feel healthy and not brittle. 10/10!

Arianne is good! The place is very cold though and the blankets are a little short (at least for me, I'm 5'6"). For the gel manicure, it turned out well, but was hoping that like in other salons, after cleaning and before polishing, there would be a quick hand massage. There was none. These little things add delight so hope you can consider to adjust in the way you do things.

I had such a wonderful experience at Lavande Nails & Café! The place is clean, relaxing, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect spot to unwind while getting pampered. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very attentive throughout my visit. A special thank you to Ms. Joanna, my nail technician, for her exceptional nail art skills.She is incredibly talented, meticulous, and pays great attention to every detail.She brought my design to life beautifully, and the final result exceeded my expectations. The lounge is not cold enough and feels warmer than expected. It would be appreciated if the temperature could be lowered to make the lounge more comfortable for guests.

Good experienced, I feel bad because Mae keep telling me that my hair is (makapal) and it's hard to treat. I know my hair is like that, that's the reason why I'm doing a treatment no need to keep telling me about it.

Very clean and professional and ready for anything! Vikky was so nice and definitely knows her stuff. I had a broken nail and she got them back to pristine condition. Great aesthetics, played some nice music, even provided straws for the coffee we had delivered while we were there. Pricing is friendly too. :) Already booked my next appointment!

I had such a great experience with my eyelash and nail extensions package with Ms. Anna. She’s very skilled, gentle, and pays attention to every detail. I love how natural my lashes look and how clean and beautiful my nails turned out. Super worth it—I’ll definitely be back!
