Shiella was very caring and thoughtful throughout the facial treatment. She explained every step she was doing. She constantly asked if certain steps hurt. Lenie, who did my underarm waxing, was also very accommodating. It was my first time, and she made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. She also explained the aftercare routine I had to follow for the next 24 hours. Lastly, Joy tended to my eyebrows, which she skillfully did in a matter of a few minutes in a very painless way. I always enjoy my time at Hands of Senses Pasig. Thank you!

I just called in about 30 minutes before my appointment. The person who answered my call was very friendly. Ms Christy/Cristy who did my nails was amazing and was very conscious with the time and I find that very impressive. JC, who did my foot spa, was equally efficient too!

Schedule - it would have been nice if the therapist weren’t late. Therapist Josh - he had superb customer service skills, way accommodating than the tenured ones. I can tell however that he is new but he can definitely improve w a few more tips from the experienced therapists like Ate Lenie. Josh was very good at doing stretching which compensated for junior-style cranial massage. He needs to learn how to utilize all 5 fingers, not just the thumbs and need to understand when to press (which muscles like the head temples). Overall bc of Josh’ superb manners, it was still a good experience :)
