Honestly without this place I don't know how I'd make it through the week. I come in looking half dead and come out feeling brand new. I come twice a week for just sauna and cold. But without my sessions I don't know how I'd function. I'm still recovering from a pretty bad car accident and I've tried a lot of things to get back on track, the sessions I have here and the only things that have helped me. Thank you so much Karmin for being friendly and inviting. You run this place so well and keep it super tidy and clean.

An absolute treat - as always. Sally understood what was needed after recent radiation therapy and with her care, kindness and expertise I have walked away with glowing skin and a treatment regime to get my skin back on track. Sally is wonderful and her treatment rooms are a sanctuary to totally relax and enjoy the experience.

Such an awesome & clean space. Karmen is so welcoming when you arrive and let's you just get on with your wellness journey offering support where you need it. Do yourself a favour and take on one of her packages. My favorate is infared sauna then ice bath.

I had the most beautiful first time experience at Kalm Springs. The studio itself is absolutely divine and the owner is incredibly warm and knowledgeable. She gently coached me through my breathing, which made all the difference for my first (proper) cold plunge. We started with a sauna, moved into the plunge and finished with a float — the perfect sequence. I left feeling calm, grounded and completely reset. Highly recommend!!

We booked thru Groupon website the Couples Same Time Facial or Hair SPA Treatment with Massage for 60 Mins. A very relaxing and lovely ambiance. Love the facial step by step procedure. What an amazing new recovery facility! Exactly what’s needed for the body post-exercise, and the head to prepare for the day or to relieve the day that’s been. For me it has a much more chilled feel than high street type wellness centres The green nature decor and low lighting is very relaxing with loads of plants around the space to add to the feel and therapeutic effects. Contrast therapy temps are approx 95 degrees for the traditional sauna and the three cold baths range from 10ish degrees down to 5. Magnesium spas are also spot on. Highly recommend!

Had such a wonderful experience. First timer usually go to alot of Spa’s & Recovery centres. This by far is one of my favorites. Staff are really friendly & attentive, and really knowledgeable and offer a handful of services tailored on recovery of all levels. Definitely worth checking out!

What an amazing place!!! Najia showed me around and went through the different treatments they offer and benefits of each one. The rooms and facilities are first class, and I left feeling really relaxed and great! Would def recommend the Cyro SubZero to everyone. Thanks for a great experience!
