From the minute I walked in this morning I felt calmer and more relaxed. Toni has magic hands and a voice that is more soothing than the sound of the ocean. This was my first lymphatic and buccal face massage, there was a very noticeable difference from before I went in. My skin is more even, clearer and less puffy. Can’t wait to book in again.

What an amazing new recovery facility! Exactly what’s needed for the body post-exercise, and the head to prepare for the day or to relieve the day that’s been. For me it has a much more chilled feel than high street type wellness centres The green nature decor and low lighting is very relaxing with loads of plants around the space to add to the feel and therapeutic effects. Contrast therapy temps are approx 95 degrees for the traditional sauna and the three cold baths range from 10ish degrees down to 5. Magnesium spas are also spot on. Highly recommend!

Had such a wonderful experience. First timer usually go to alot of Spa’s & Recovery centres. This by far is one of my favorites. Staff are really friendly & attentive, and really knowledgeable and offer a handful of services tailored on recovery of all levels. Definitely worth checking out!
