I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. What an absolute gem of beauticians. I had the mos amazing facial. Products felt incredible in my skin and the techniques of massage to apply the products were so therapeutic and relaxing. I was lovely and warm under heated blankets on a heated bed with a gorgeous candle scent with relaxing music and a very ambient atmosphere.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ treatments! Holiday ready thanks to Liv at Lash Gallery. I had my nails, toes, brows and lash’s done this morning and they look absolutely gorgeous. Liv did an amazing job as always and the whole appointment was so relaxing and friendly. Now all I need to do is remember to pack my passport, my nails are definitely more organised than I am! 😂 Highly recommend Lash Gallery if you want to leave feeling pampered and holiday ready.

I’ve been going to see Charlotte for a number of years, and I now will never go to anyone else. My nails always last, they’re so chic and my brows consistently get a compliment! The salon refurb is perfection. It’s classic, chic and just cool. Exactly what was needed and I can’t believe how amazing it is. Spa vibes, and you leave feeling cooler then you arrived. Charlotte is honestly the best beautician in Harrogate, and I will not go anywhere other then Novu! 💛
