The best Thai massage I’ve had in London! The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy, just like a luxury 5-star hotel spa. The staff are warm and welcoming. The therapist was very professional, asked about my pain points before starting, and worked on all the right spots. I walked out feeling completely refreshed — lighter, relaxed, and tension-free. I love that they don’t rush the session, the aromatherapy oil smells amazing, and the room is clean and private. The location is also super convenient, just a short walk from Waterloo station. 💯 Highly recommended! Amy I will definitely come back.

During london trip, my husband is suffering really bad aches on neck and sholder. But only 1 hr massage at L&R SPA, pains are released and his neck and sholders become so soft so that headache and chest pain released. I book the service in really short notice but L&R SPA. This is my first time doing a lymphatic drainage massage with Dimple Amani, but needless to say I will definitely to going back. Lindsey at Liberty is very professional and meticulous in performing her magic in shaping and sculpting. There are certain areas in your body that you will feel more pressure than others, but the pressure applied by Lindsey is just right to make you feel relaxed after the whole treatment. The miracle tea that you get after the treatment is just the cherry on the top. Will definitely recommend this to someone looking for a relaxing me time.

I was warmly welcome by staff. My masseur was very respectful He took account of my physical ailments and ensured that the pressure of the massage was to my liking. Afterwards I made use of their spa facilities. Their sauna was warm and relaxing. The jacuzzi was equally relaxing. I had the Best Feet massage, and it was amazing! The place has such a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and the chair was incredibly comfortable. The therapist was fantastic and made the whole experience so enjoyable. After my 30-minute massage, the only thing I regretted was not booking the 45-minute session! My feet haven't felt this good in years. I'll definitely be back. I 1000% recommend this therapist!

This was my third micro needling session with Kush and was another amazing facial. He started with a deep cleanse and enzyme peel with deep tissue facial massage, then the microneedling which was super relaxing - no pain at all!
