I was able to book in last minute. The space feels like a sanctuary and is clean and comfortable. Roxy took the time to understand how best to help and what to focus on. I cam out feeling relaxed and realigned! If I lived in Leeds, I'd definitely come again!

This was my 1st visit to see Amelia, and it won't be my last. Amelia was recommended to me by a friend. I was met by a relaxing space, warm and cosy bed with calming music playing. My facial was very relaxing, and I could have fallen asleep. I left feeling very relaxed, and calm, given aftercare advise and a little gift of cream to use at a later date. Thank you again, and im looking forward to coming back in the new year 💓

WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

I visited the Head Spa in Leeds for the first time having never experienced this treatment before. It was a fantastic experience, a real sensory treat. Nikki was so welcoming and professional and I left feeling peaceful and nurtured. The combination of hair treatment, massage and facial were truly relaxing. Would definitely book again.

I had a massage yesterday and it was honestly such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived I felt relaxed and welcomed. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and very soothing, which made it easy to switch off and unwind. The massage itself was absolutely amazing — the perfect pressure, incredibly relaxing, and exactly what I needed. I left feeling refreshed, de-stressed, and so much lighter. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and enjoyable massage. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Great experience today at Optimal Recovery! I feel much more confident that I’ll make it to the Leeds Half Marathon despite a few recent niggles. Highly recommend paying a visit if you need help understanding how to treat an injury in preparation for an upcoming sports event!

My experience at Dragonfly Skin Spa in Leeds city centre was absolutely fantastic. Barbora, the massage therapist, worked wonders on my knots and tension. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend this spa.

The massage I received from Marta was amazing . So relaxing , I felt very light, relaxed and sleepy. She gave the right amount of pressure that I asked for. She is super friendly and makes you feel very relaxed. I would definitely recommend!

Jorge is just the best. He sets up the most relaxing ambience and his massages are both very relaxing and he spends time getting right to the nub of your aches as well.

A very relaxing and invigorating facial.Tetiana is an amazing therapist, and her quiet, calm demeanor made the facial a really wonderful treat.The Dragonfly Day Spa is a lovely place right in the centre of Leeds.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Great staff and just right location in very heart of central Leeds. You really don't feel like you are in central Leeds. Such a great hidden gem. I have been to Gemma a few times now. I have had the hydro facial and my skin feels so much better after. The treatment is so relaxing and the treatment room is so clean and welcoming. Gemma makes you feel so good about yourself and I love the head massage you get during the facial. I also had a reiki session with Gemma, and I was so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep! I would definitely recommend Gemma and wished I had gone sooner.

I would highly recommend the Yoga Massage to absolutely everybody. The service was professional, friendly and great value. Roxy and the team were friendly, very knowledgeable and through the massage was able to deliver a relaxing state for mind, body and soul. If you want to feel different, relaxed, re-adjusted and stress free, this is the thing for you. Definitely worth a try!

Visited dragonfly for a float and a facial, both of which were amazing as was my therapist Laura - her massage technique was so good. Just a couple of points that would have made the visit even better – there is no changing room facility to freshen up in after your treatments. I was heading into Leeds and needed to do my hair get changed etc Also, the treatment room that I was in was at the top of the main stairs thankfully I visited on a quiet day, but I could imagine during peak times this room would get quite noisy - maybe the location could be reviewed?
