The massage and cupping from Rachel is essential in keeping me training pain-free. She is responsive and understands to where i have experienced tightness and DOMS and even finds and works on troublesome areas before I knew about them myself! “I had a 60-minute shoulder, back & neck massage and it was fantastic. Ewelina checked in about the pressure, found all the tight spots in my shoulders and upper back, and worked them out without it being painful. The space was clean, calm, and professional. It was absolutely lovely! I love my nails and toenails they look amazing. Neeta was so friendly, welcoming, and gave great advice throughout the appointment. Cheryl was absolutely brilliant today. I was so exited but also nervous but she relaxed me so quickly just by being herself, she made me feel so comfortable. The reading was absolutely spot on, numerous things that she said I related to and knew what she meant. I was so happy to hear from my grandparents, I knew exactly who it was when were described to me. She doesn’t know me at all but was describing my personality like she has known me all my life. It was a pleasure to share this space with her…..beautiful xxx
