Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I am very much satisfied with the service. Derma facial was good. After the facial I felt the glow in my face. Also I did eyebrows threading which was also good. I will definitely visit next time.

My hair is really thick and unruly. A lot of people panic when cutting and styling it but Lily Mae wasnt phased at all. I went from hair half way down my back to an inverted chin length bob which I love. The whole experience was great from being greeted as soon as I walked in, to being offered a drink as soon as I sat down, to the gorgeous washing area and the warm atmosphere. Im not easily pleased. This was my first time here and I left booking a cut for my daughter. Would highly recommend.

As usual , great service from Sue. Best waxer in Coventry no doubt. Makes you feel comfortable during your wax. Always super neat as well!

Beautiful Radiant Facial, never experienced a sound bath before, it was lovely relaxing facial, would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing service and lovely people. I felt at ease and comfortable during my leg wax and my eyelash tinting. Shaf was super lovely and kind and made the whole experience the best. Best treatment I've had so far with great prices & great services related to Waxing, Facials, Tinting, Threading, Massage, Makeup, Lashes, Hollywood Wax, Manicure, and Pedicure. recommended 10/10

Chris is a very busy person and you don't get his undivided attention but I am pleased with the end result. I didn't like the powder finish and won't have that again. Many thanks Jeanette
