I've been coming to have my hair done at Finesse Studio/ Always Natural for almost 2 years now.I have to say it's really been a remarkable experience. The ladies are always welcoming,very hardworking,willing to answer any questions you have about your hair and most especially you end up feeling gloriously well treated. Funny enough it was my husband who first noticed the salon from afar and suggested that I try it out.I was a bit skeptical at first but now? It's definitely my go to place to have my hair well treated and well cared for. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

Yilmaz is at the top of the London hair cutting and styling business. I went in today looking and feeling very low after a recent bereavement. I left looking and feeling ten years younger with a very stylish hairstyle, and expertly coloured by his lovely Albanian colleague. Highly recommend this top London salon.

The haircut and beard trim were exactly what I asked for, and the atmosphere in the shop was welcoming and relaxed. You can tell they take pride in their work and customer service. As a Muslim woman, I really appreciated her arranging a private space for my treatment it made me feel completely comfortable and respected. The salon is calm and beautiful, and Char’s kindness truly stands out. She did an amazing job on my brows — kept my natural shape and made them look neat and fresh, just how I like them. So grateful to have found this place and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend! 💛✨

Craig was fantastic! He knows and is very skilled. Usually I have curls in my scalp because of a treatment I have done & most hair dressers in London struggle & it takes them extra time just to straighten it. It took him 45 minutes & he gave me volume and movement! He is the best! Highly recommend.

I loved how my silk press turned out. Kimberley is very kind, patient and gifted with haircare. She also instructed me on how to take care of my hair. I definitely recommend her especially for afro-textured hair.

I went to Nimisha around four weeks ago to get my wedding nails done, and honestly, they were absolutely perfect! 🤍 She did such an amazing job, and my nails looked beautiful throughout my wedding and even weeks after. I went back to her today to get them removed, and the removal process was completely painless and gentle. She was so careful with my natural nails, and they still look healthy afterwards. Nimisha is incredibly talented, professional, and lovely. I’m so happy I chose her for my wedding nails and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a great nail technician! ✨💅🏻

I am in London for summer from NYC and needed to keep up my lashes. Lolo is close to my flat so I decided to try and I am obsessed. I’ve been twice and they’ve done an excellent job and my lashes look phenomenal and so natural, I have gotten so many compliments. Will be going here all summer for sure!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been a returning client of Alla’s for the past 4 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Botox treatments. Alla is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and skilled, and always takes the time to understand exactly what I want. I’m always so happy with the results — natural, refreshed and never overdone. She has such a great eye for detail and I always feel completely confident in her hands. Four years on, I’m still extremely happy with the service and results. Highly recommend Alla! ❤️

I had my first appointment at Hair Assured Salon and it was really good. Victoria is fantastic. It’s the subtle things that make a difference, use of low heat on my natural hair and her braiding technique that ensures length retention and low manipulation on my edges. Personally I have found that a lot of afro hairdressers don’t do this. Thank you!

I adore Eric. He’s one of those rare stylists who makes you feel taken care of from start to finish, and the results are always amazing. With my long wavy/curly hair, he nails the cut every time, his coloring is gorgeous and natural-looking, and his blow outs are unreal—so bouncy, shiny, and polished. And Megy's Hair Studio is a lovely place. I’ll keep coming back!
