The haircut and beard trim were exactly what I asked for, and the atmosphere in the shop was welcoming and relaxed. You can tell they take pride in their work and customer service. I adore Eric. He’s one of those rare stylists who makes you feel taken care of from start to finish, and the results are always amazing. With my long wavy/curly hair, he nails the cut every time, his coloring is gorgeous and natural-looking, and his blow outs are unreal—so bouncy, shiny, and polished. Loving my new stylist’s work on my hair. Jennifer is clearly passionate about hair and has a wealth of knowledge and advice for working with natural Afro hair. She’s definitely a keeper👌 The one thing that let the experience down is the hygiene within the salon; Jennifer should look to renting a space that pays attention to hygiene. Gown dirty, not enough fresh towels visible. Looking around at the tools used wasn’t appealing, the salon needs a thorough deep cleanse and the toilet needs to be demolished and replaced…that sink….no water…hand soap or towel… seriously, shame on the owner🤢
