The best haircut of my life. Absolutely brilliant. The salon itself is 5-star in terms of cleanliness, modern equipment, and an extremely high level of customer service. I had my haircut done by Svetlana Liuba, who is the most professional hairstylist I have ever met in London.

Kitty was so kind and professional. The manicure, pedicure, eyebrow and ear waxing that she did were all very well done and I enjoyed the services. I would highly recommend her services and will definitely visit the salon again for services next time I'm in London.

The most amazing experience and service! I have been treating my hair with Fergia Gaia for over 3 years and her hands are truly blessed! I have gained so wisdom about my maintaining and protecting my natural hair and it is honestly a safe space where you can come as with your hair in any state! I always leave with fresh, healthy hair and personally feeling rejuvenated!

Truly the best salon in South East London! This was my second visit and Tereze completely knew what I was wanted and my highlights and cut are the best I’ve ever had. Could not recommend the salon enough.

I can be quite critical in life, I suspect it’s probably because I have high expectations! But whenever I come to The Box you always not only meet my expectations but you go above and beyond, this could be one of my favourite haircuts I’ve ever had!! I felt like I was in extremely capable and skilled hands with Fergie. As a life-long natural hair woman, I don't often meet people who are so knowledgeable and able to share recommendations and ideas. I left my appointment feeling relaxed and honestly like I had a spa treatment. Fergie was so gentle with my strands and listened to my needs and questions. I truly enjoyed the wash day service. Service was great! I got waxing done. Simran did the Bikini Hollywood wax for me and it was a fabulous experience as it was 100% painless 👌🏻. The only thing is that ai found the charges bit costly. I would get the same things done in central London for about 30 pounds less than what I paid at Rush&Ry.

I had such an amazing experience with Sim,she truly went above and beyond! I came in for highlights, and she took so much care to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. She really listened, gave great advice, and paid attention to every little detail. The end result was even better than I imagined.my highlights look so natural and beautifully blended. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about her clients feeling confident and happy. I couldn’t recommend Sim enough if you’re looking for someone who’s talented, attentive, and puts in that extra effort
