I've been going to Kate for over 10 years. Both Kate and Rozi are amazing. Rozi as always gives me great advice and I trust her totally. I always walk away looking great. No one else touches my hair. Colour cut and Blowdry always perfect!

Had my first visit to this barber shop and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the shop has a really nice aesthetic. I had my haircut done by Kwame, he did an excellent job and was quite chill to talk to. Definitely happy with the cut and I’ll be coming back.

"🔥💇 Amazing experience with Desrine! Super knowledgeable about Afro-Caribbean hair textures and styles, and what works best for busy lives. Communication was 💯—Desrine listens to exactly what I wanted. Great atmosphere, and I left feeling great! My hair's been through a lot lately with shedding, health issues, menopause, and stress... but Desrine always knows how to advise me 💁‍♀️. When booking the appointment, I didn’t recognise that Betty’s unisex hair studio does not do hair for children under 5. The lady who did my 3-year—old daughter’s very gentle. My daughter sat still throughout the process and appeared to enjoy herself to the point that she didn’t want me to touch her twist. Thank you Yasmine for the recommendation. Will surely return.

Michelle was so lovely and handled my over grown hair excellently. Recently moved out of London and she was able to accommodate me in so short a time, even travelled to my place.

My first visit to Desrine, she gave me the best haircut I’ve had for many years. Did just what I wanted, really pleased with it and I will be having a regular cut from now on.

Abbie gets my root tint spot on every single time. She’s warm, professional, and somehow makes the whole thing feel easy and relaxed. I always leave feeling looked after. Would definitely recommend her.

Excellent Salon with excellent staff and service. The best in ilford hands down

My daughter had her eyelashes done today and her friend had her hair dyed a deep wine red. As ever the place was packed. It’s the friendliest and most professional salon in London.

Second visit and my hair is noticeably more moisturised thanks to Desrine’s amazing treatment used. Already booked my next visit 🙌🏾

I had neglected my lock and some of them fell out and others hanged on by a thread. The professional team restored them back to their original form.

Absolutely amazing, i will def be back. Thank you Elizabeth
