My experience with London was amazing. As a first-time client, we connected immediately. She truly listened — from no baby hairs or gel to my forehead to making sure nothing felt bulky. She treated and steamed my hair, split my bundles, and the braid down was like water, no tightness.. I’ve been waiting a long time to find a stylist like her and I’m so glad I finally did. Excellent first time visit to this salon. I did the olaplex treatment + haircut and blow dry special. The stylist was very detail oriented and took his time and in return I have one of the best cuts and blowouts I’ve ever had! Will be back 100%. Thank you!!

What a great experience as usual. I went in for a cut and blowdry but after arriving I decided I'd like to get highlights as well. I'm so happy with how everything turned out. My highlights are very natural and so beautiful. The color she picked compliments my skin tone and natural hair perfectly. The haircut is gorgeous. Exactly what I asked for. This was my first haircut with Filo. She was kind, listened to what I wanted, and was patient throughout my curly hair cut. I was in love with the cut even before it was styled with product! She blew out my hair with a beautiful bounce which I also loved! I will be scheduling an appointment with Filo again for next week so that she can cut my daughter’s hair. Kay was a really lovely young lady. She took her time, explained what she was doing when asked. Also gave me advice and tips for my hair. She had a great disposition and was very accommodating. I haven't had my hair done in a long time and she made me feel comfortable. Hair turned out great. Loved, loved, my hair. Highly recommend.

Huseyn did a great job cleaning up my hair for the holidays. He balances out the buzzer and clippers well. He was a good conversationalist but not too talkative, still allowing for a peaceful experience. Appreciated visiting Huseyn and the team at Chaps & Co. It’s great to have a shop like this in midtown. Especially convenient if you are a commuter and trying to catch a train from Grand Central!

Despite the entire appointment taking ~6.5 hours (with a 30 minute break in between), I appreciate the amount of care and craftsmanship displayed. Akila took her time washing, blow drying, braiding, and installing my hair. She was very attentive whenever I mentioned a braid was too tight and tried to loosen them for me. This was my first sew-in and I appreciated her answering my questions plus giving me tips regarding caring for my closure. The end result was really pretty and I’ve received many compliments so far!

Lynne was everything and more to my hair! My experience was very peaceful and therapeutic. From the washing to detangling to even the heat application I was in no sort of pain and she constantly checked in on me. Her energy was so sweet and I felt so comfortable for a first time visit.
