Alikia put me at ease and found all the knots in my shoulders and did physio correction on my back and hips. Feeling a lot looser now after I fell quite badly and jarred my back a couple of weeks ago. Thank you Alikia.

After several weeks of pain and no improvement following an NHS physio appointment, I booked with Alikia. She was welcoming, took the time to understand my symptoms, carried out a thorough assessment, and quickly identified the issue. She explained everything clearly while treating me. It took a few days to feel the benefit due to the deep work she carried out, but I noticed a real improvement. I've now had my second appointment, left with helpful advice, and have already booked my next visit. Highly recommended.

Brilliant physiotherapist. Spends time understanding your issues, tailors treatments and explains causes and treatments in a way which is easy to understand. Not your run of the mill physio where you’re just another patient with an issue, but someone who spends the time in really understanding lifestyle to really offer the best advice and treatment. Highly recommended.
