I have been visiting the wax place for many years. As a waxer myself it’s hard to find someone to trust but I would not go anywhere else! Lianne, Lea & Jen all wax me and all make me feel extremely comfortable and the area is very welcoming and properly clean. The products used are extremely kind to the skin too!

Always an amazing experience at Serenity and Soul. Gemma somehow makes the waxing process quick, easy and as painless and enjoyable as possible. Always made to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a good chat to distract you from focusing on the wax. Highly reccomend 🫶

I had my permanent makeup brows done here and I’m honestly so happy with the results. Marta was extremely professional, took time to explain the process, and made sure the shape and colour suited my face perfectly. Everything was very clean and hygienic, and I felt comfortable the entire time. The brows healed beautifully and looks so natural. I would 100% recommend to anyone considering permanent makeup or tattoo service.

My first time at J9 and I had my eyebrows wax and tinted and they look amazing can't thank Janice enough she's done a fantastic job. The salon is amazing and cant wait to book in for some more treatments, I will be recommending her to all my family and friends xx
