Rachel is an extremely talented and gifted therapist. She’s able to apply different pressures and techniques depending upon your needs and what you are comfortable with. My right knee was extremely painful due to degenerative osteoarthritis “ and a whole lot of gardening. I needed firm manipulation of the joints and fairly firm pressure to get all the limp and facia moving. Went in limping came out after an extended appointment relief and not stiff. This is my choice of medicine instead of prescription pain relief, will be ongoing therapy but it’s better for my gut bio. Thank you Rachel 🙏

Jane is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She makes you leave feeling like you are on top of a cloud. The special touches mean so much, and she looks after your every need. I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life. It really re sets my system going for a treatment at therapy and flow, and it makes me realise I really need it once in a while. I had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Rachael at Brunell Harmony and absolutely loved it! I left feeling lighter, less bloated and so relaxed. Rachel was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining the areas that needed more work and giving me great tips to continue at home. It was also her first day at the Wylde Green location within Therapy & Flow, and you’d never have known. Great location, fantastic value and I can’t wait to book again. Would highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rachael was absolutely 1st class. I was nervous to have a lymphatic drainage massage after several surgeries and having lymphedema in my arm for many years. I shouldn't have been nervous! I completed the form and Rachael had looked into the surgeries I have had and adapted my treatment accordingly. I trusted her from the moment I walked in, as her persona just puts you at ease. Had lymphatic drainage full body Deeply relaxing, afterwards felt very thirsty so just took on extra water. Due to having underactive thyroid and no gallbladder felt it’s the right option for me to help with toxin build up from medication Rachel was so good dry brushing, the right pressure the right oils. Thanks Rachel certainly made me feel uplifted light meal then early night re booking for 3 weeks time. Recommend anyone with autoimmune or inflammation definitely recommend 🙏❤️🌻🐝

I have been going to Jane for treatments for a number of years and she is completely amazing. The whole treatment is always the most relaxed I ever feel as I find it hard to switch off. I would highly recommend Jane for any massage, reiki, reflexology or facial as you really won’t find better.

My treatment as always was amazing. Was feeling down and in pain after having a total knee replacement a few months back Jane managed to do my treatment and made sure i was comfortable all the time and it really helped. I would go every week if I won the lottery. She is a lovely kind lady who understands your needs and listens to how you're feeling adapting the treatment accordingly.

Rach is an absolute miracle worker! I recently booked her signature Harmony massage, and it was 2 hours of ultimate relaxation. I loved the foot massage, and the relief in my back and shoulders was incredible—I could literally feel the knots release, and it felt amazing.I was also struggling with a lot of nasal congestion, and using her specialist skills, Rach had me breathing clearly again within just a few minutes.
