Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

I have been coming to Therapyfit for several months and Farah is helping me with my neck and shoulder injury. I'm very pleased with progress made and with Farah's attention to detail with my condition. She is also very friendly, gentle and caring. After every session I always feel almost brand new and super relaxed!

I would highly recommend Farah at Therapyfit Body Clinic. The consultation was very informative and was followed by a much needed sports massage. I left feeling more mobile and extremely relaxed. Aftercare was also great, Farah emailed me a list of exercises to target my problem areas to try at home. I have since recommended Therapyfit Clinic to a number of work colleagues. Thank you Farah.

Farah was really welcoming and informative. Also friendly and quite bubbly so it was a nice comfortable experience. Felt a lot better after my massage. Was having issues with tightness in my ankles and legs. Will come back again

Gurdev is an absolute gem very knowledgeable and great at what he does. I was having difficulty lifting and manoeuvring my left arm. Gurdev identified the issue and carried out the therapy session. I have instant relief after 1 session! Looking forward to the follow in a couple of weeks.

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. The Floating Spa is a reflection of its owner Nav, who is patient, gentle and kind allowing your experience of the float to continue as you reflect in the lounge area, for as long as you want. OMG amazing. I stepped out of the tank and all my aches and pains were no longer there and it felt so good. It was so exhilarating and when I got back to work I was on such a high and raved to everyone in the office how good I felt so I have booked another session. I would highly recommend this therapy.

My Mother has been suffering from a shoulder injury for some time now and unfortunately, this is just a symptom of more deeper rooted issues. Gurdev thoroughly examined the issue (generating a digital analysis) but also had an excellent understanding of the wider issue and the pathway to ease the pain and hopefully solve the problem. Very impressed and looking forward to my appointment tomorrow! I'm in very safe hands and highly recommend him!

Really impressed by the overall improvement, especially my mobility and my ongoing hip pain. Nothing worked until i tried Cryotherapy!!! Left my skin glowing and my irrational phobia of cold and therapy chambers has vanished too. Couldn't be more grateful for giving it a go, it really does what it says.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. It was like all my stresses and annoyances were melted away and I was able to totally relaxed. I would highly recommend an experience at the Floating Spa for anyone who feels they get no time to themselves or feel overwhelmed. I will certainly be going back.

Tammy was amazing. I have been suffering with crippling back pain after a fall at work and the cryotherapy has really helped for the first time in over a month I can sit up straight. I saw results straight away. Tammy made me feel comfortable and welcome I will definitely be back for more treatments.

Gurdev was polite, professional and very accommodating with an emergency appointment. Very knowledgable in his field and took his time to explain everything. Already feeling considerably more comfortable after my first treatment. Strongly reccomended. Thank you Gurdev!

Amazing experience. I went for oxygen chamber.therapy. They ran through everything with me and were with me to ensure I was ok. The facilties are five star and the water is amazing also. See you soon i Will definitely be back again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my cryotherapy session and my muscles are still tingling from the procedure an hour later as I write this review. Shelby was very informative about the process and her friendly presence was most welcome throughout the experience as I was in the chamber.
