Meri was excellent at giving a face massage and deep tissue massage to my back and shoulders. Every knott was worked out and I felt as though my neck and head had been removed from my body by the time she'd finished I was that relaxed. I'd highly recommend having these treatments, or any of them done by Meri. Very professional and well worth the money.

First time visiting Charnel at Seasonal Glo and was welcomed with the biggest hug and smiling face, instantly felt at ease! Charnel had a chat with me to find out what I was looking to get out my session and went on to give me the best aromatherapy full body and Indian head massage (not just washing machine rubbing - pin pointed tension release) ending with an ice globes add on - 100% recommend! I asked to have my shoulders back down from my ears and am the most relaxed I’ve been in forever. So ready for my next session! Thank you so much ❤️

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I had the ' HEADSPA x HYDRO FACIAL - luxury scalp facial head spa with hydro facial' and this was one of the best treatment experiences i have had! A wonderful head spa with Lera. What a beautiful soul she is. She took great care of me and my sister for her birthday treat. Explained everything and made the whole experience so enjoyable. We nearly cancelled due to our Saturday booking having to be rescheduled and losing out on the cancelled train fare but I didn't want to break my promise to my sister. I was told by Dionne the manager that is said in black bold caps on the website that they don't take head spa appointments on Saturdays. After our call ,I checked again and there were no black bold caps saying this. Not a great response!

Today I had a 30 minute shoulder, neck and scalp massage. I booked this as a treat before Christmas in order to relieve stress and pain from a shoulder injury. It was the best 30 minutes I have spent on myself. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed and my shoulder actually felt less stiff. I'll definitely book again. Thank you 😊
